This policy covers divinedesignmethod.com, the courses we sell, The Divine Design™ Companion app, and the emails we send.
Eternal Well of Life Health and Wellness Center is a separate nonprofit organization with its own website and its own privacy policy. This policy does not cover eternalwelloflife.org.
What we collect
When you buy a course
- Your name, email address, and billing address.
- What you purchased, when, and the amount.
- Your subscription status, if you are on a subscription.
- Our payment processor handles your card information. We never see or store your full card number.
When you take a course
- Your name and email address for your account.
- Which lessons you have opened and completed.
- Anything you type into the course, including journal entries and worksheet answers.
If you use the Companion app
- What you choose to log, which may include water intake, meals, movement, supplements, and your daily anchor.
- This is your record, kept so the app can show you your own history. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not share it with anyone.
- You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
When you sign up for the free audio series
- Your name and email address.
- Which days of the series you opened.
When you visit this website
- Standard technical information our website host records, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the pages you opened.
When we email you
- Whether you opened the email and whether you clicked a link inside it.
Why we collect any of this
- To take your payment and give you what you paid for.
- To create your account and deliver your course.
- To send your receipt and handle refunds.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To send you teaching, offers, and updates, which you can stop at any time.
- To make the teaching better.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of companies to run this work. Each one receives only what it needs, and only in order to provide its service.
- Kajabi hosts our checkout, our courses, our forms, and our email.
- Netlify hosts this website.
- Our payment processor handles payments and subscriptions.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that our forms are being filled out by a person and not by a bot.
We may also share information when the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority.
What we will never do
- We will never sell your personal information.
- We will never rent or trade it.
- We will never share what you wrote in your journal, your worksheets, or your Companion app with anyone.
- We will never use your words or your story in marketing without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
A word about health information
This is health education. It is not medical care. We are not a doctor's office, a clinic, or a health plan, and we are not a covered entity under HIPAA. What you share with us is not protected health information under that law.
Please do not send us medical records, test results, or diagnoses. You do not need to share any of that to take this course. If you tell us something about your health anyway, we treat it with care and we hold it in confidence, but we would rather you kept it.
Children
This work is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct it.
- You can ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, and we will stop. Unsubscribing does not close your course account or cancel a subscription.
Write to hello@divinedesignmethod.com and we will respond within thirty days.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and course records for as long as you have access to what you bought. We keep records of purchases for as long as tax rules require. When we no longer need something, we delete it.
How we protect it
We use established providers, and we limit how many people on our side can see your information. No system anywhere is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will say so by email.
