The Divine Design™

Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026. These are the terms you agree to when you enroll, subscribe, or use anything on this site. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Who this agreement is with

This site and everything on it belongs to The Divine Design™, a limited liability company owned by Dina Skyy Williamson. Our mailing address is 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite 12187, Atlanta, Georgia 30350. You can reach us at hello@divinedesignmethod.com.

When these terms say we or us, they mean The Divine Design. When they say you, they mean the person using the site or enrolled in a program.

By enrolling, subscribing, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not enroll.

Eternal Well of Life Health and Wellness Center is a separate nonprofit organization with its own website and its own terms. This agreement does not cover eternalwelloflife.org or The Divine Design Community Edition.

What you are buying

You are buying access to health education. You are buying teaching, written and recorded materials, and in some programs, time with us in a group.

You are not buying medical care, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, therapy, or a professional credential. Finishing a program does not make you a practitioner of this method and does not give you the right to teach it, sell it, or offer it to others.

Read this part twice. This is health education and it is not medical care. We are not your doctor, your therapist, or your clinician. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.

Talk to your own physician or licensed provider before you change what you eat, what you take, how you move, or any medication you are on. If something you read or hear here makes you feel unwell, stop and call your provider. If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of this agreement and it governs refunds. In short, self-paced enrollment can be refunded in full within fourteen days if you have not gone past Module 2, and a cohort seat can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the cohort begins. Email hello@divinedesignmethod.com to request one.

If you have signed a separate agreement with us, for example an organizational license, that agreement governs instead.

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We would far rather solve it with you directly, and we almost always can.

How long you have access

Self-paced enrollment gives you access for as long as we offer that program. If we ever retire it, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you need.

Cohort programs run for the length stated when you enroll. Any materials included with them follow the same rule as above.

A subscription gives you access for as long as the subscription is active.

What belongs to us

The Divine Design™ curriculum, the videos, the audio, the written lessons, the worksheets, the planners, the journals, the artwork, the name, and the method itself all belong to The Divine Design. They are protected by copyright and trademark.

When you enroll, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own healing. That license is for you alone and it ends if your access ends.

You agree not to:

If you want to bring this work to a church, a clinic, a company, or any group, that is organizational licensing and it is a different agreement. Write to us. We would love to talk about it.

What belongs to you

What you write in your journal, your worksheets, your reflections, and anything you log in the Companion app stays yours. We do not claim it.

We will never use your words, your story, your photo, or your results in marketing without asking you first and getting a clear yes from you.

If you post something in a group or community space, you give us permission to display it there to the other people in that space. That is all.

In a cohort or community space

No promise of a particular result

We believe in this work and we have seen it change lives. We cannot promise what it will do in yours. Bodies differ, circumstances differ, and effort differs. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in any program is a guarantee of a health outcome, a weight, a lab result, or an income.

If we have to end your access

We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms, especially the parts about sharing access or redistributing the materials. In that case we are not obligated to refund you.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us.

Limits on our liability

We provide this site and these programs as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, though we work to keep it running.

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Divine Design, and Dina Skyy Williamson personally, are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or these programs. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some states do not allow certain limits on liability. Where that is the case, these limits apply only as far as that state allows.

You agree to cover us for claims brought by someone else that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the materials.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we both agree to that.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant, we will say so by email. Continuing to use the site or your program after that means you accept the new version.
